Terms and Conditions

Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project fee is required to secure filming dates and commence pre-production.

Final Payment: The remaining 75% balance is due within 30 days of the delivery of the final video files.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Weather: We offer one complimentary rescheduling for outdoor filming impacted by adverse weather.

Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot, Social Impact Media Group Ltd reserves the right to retain the 25% deposit.

License: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the final videos for marketing, website, and social media purposes.

Ownership: Social Impact Media Group Ltd retains ownership of all raw footage.

Promotion: We reserve the right to use snippets of the final product for our professional portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DBS: All personnel attending the school site hold a valid Enhanced DBS check.

Consent: The School (the Client) is the Data Controller and is responsible for obtaining all necessary parental/staff consents.

Data Processor: Social Impact Media Group Ltd acts as the Data Processor and will handle all footage in compliance with UK GDPR.
